Who we are

DMVZone is a driving organization and software company. We are here to lift driver education and driving technology in America to the next level, for the students who learn to drive and for the schools and companies that teach them.

How we started

We started with practice tests that explain every answer, so people learn the rule behind the question and not just the right option. That idea grew into a full set of tools for driver education.

What we build

• Permit practice tests for many states, free to start, with Premium for the full exams
• CDL practice tests, built from the federal CDL manual
• Motorcycle practice tests, in development
• Six-hour course certificate tools for the companies that issue them
• One-page websites for driving schools
• Custom business software, connected to payment platforms

What we believe

• Learning to drive should be clear, not confusing.
• Practice content should come from official sources, with every answer explained.
• We should say plainly what is live, what is in development and what is only an idea.

Where we are headed

We want to help move driving forward across America with better learning tools, better software for driving schools and, over time, new technology for the automotive world.
