How to Pass Your Driving Test at the Eatontown DMV

The MVC facility list shows Eatontown as both a licensing center and a road test site. The road testing entry gives the address as 109 Rte 36W, Eatontown, NJ 07724.

MVC's road testing locations page says hours of operation are 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, closed Saturdays and Sundays, by appointment only. Book your slot before you go, since walk-ins are not part of the process.

Several nearby schools say plainly that their students test here. Red Bank Driving School says it completes the student permit at Eatontown Motor Vehicle and brings students to Eatontown MVC to take the road test in its own car. Monmouth Driving Schools, based in Freehold, lists use of its vehicle for the road test at the Eatontown MVC.

Schools on the Monmouth shore also reach this site from farther away. Drive With Dee, which has its office in Brick, lists Eatontown, Long Branch, Red Bank, Middletown, Wall, Howell, Freehold, Tinton Falls and Toms River in its service area. Eatontown Driving School lists Ocean, Middlesex and Monmouth counties.

What to bring to the Eatontown road test

• An accompanying New Jersey licensed driver who is 21 or older and has held a New Jersey license for 3 or more years
