A practice test that only tells you right or wrong teaches you to memorize. That can work until the real test words a question differently. We build our tests to explain the answer instead.
The problem with memorizing
Tests change the wording, the order of choices and the situation. If you learned only that option B was correct, a new version of the question can leave you guessing.
What an explanation does
- It tells you why the right answer is right
- It tells you why the other choices are wrong
- It connects the answer to a rule you can use again
- It helps you spot tricky wording
Learning that carries over to the road
The same rules you learn for the test are the ones that keep you safe driving. Understanding them is the real goal.
